It works by taking an image of the object that you want to check and then using ID-Art's recognition software to check if the image matches any existing records in the database.
If it does, then you can immediately report the site to law enforcement authorities. This makes it much easier to investigate the site if it is ever looted or destroyed. ID-Art also allows you to create an inventory of the objects you find.
